How we Hold and protect your Personal information

Credit Reporting
This part applies to how we handle personal information from credit reporting bodies (CRBs) and specific other consumer’s credit-related personal information described below (credit information). We generally feel credit information in the context of commercial credit rather than consumer credit preparations. For instance, we may handle information about an individual’s consumer credit score where we provide trade credit to traders, or where directors provide personal guarantees concerning trade credit we extend to companies.
We may gather and hold any types of credit information about a person as permitted under the Privacy Act, including:
- affirmation of previous details requested about the individual to CRBs made by other credit providers and credit score providers;
- information about previous credit applications, including the amount and type of credit and credit limit; 5
- name, gender, driver’s license details, employer, date of birth and three most recent addresses;
- information about the present and past credit arrangements, together with the credit providers, beginning and the end dates so also specific terms and conditions;
- Allowed payment default information, along with the data concerning related payment arrangements and the following repayment; • details about severe credit violation (e.g., fraudulent acts);
- information about adverse court judgments and insolvency;
- Commercially available information about the person’s credit details; and
- any credit score or credit risk assessment signifying a CRB’s or credit provider’s information about the personnel’s eligibility for consumer credit.
This credit data may include information about your arrangements with other credit providers so also with us.
Wherever we collect credit information about you from a CRB, we may use that information to make our judgment relative to your creditworthiness.
We may share your credit information with CRBs to assist the CRBs to maintain information about you and to provide to third-party credit providers for credit evaluation. In our discretion, we may collect credit information from CRBs including but not limited to, assessment of your credit or guarantee application, management of your credit/guarantee, assignment of debts and collection of overdue payments.
Your Legal Right
We take reasonable measures to ensure that the personal information we receive, use, and share are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If you have the understanding of any errors in your personal information or you want to change your details such as your name, address or bank account details, please kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible
You can obtain access to the personal information that we have about you, subject to certain conditions permitted by law. Please contact us (see ‘How to contact us’ below).
We promise to handle any request according to the relevant privacy laws. You may need to complete a request form, and we also maintain the authority to charge a reasonable fee for changing processes. We endeavour to deal with such requests punctually, but requests for a huge amount of information, or information not presently in use, may demand lots time to extract.
Generally, if you order us to make any changes to your personal information, we will comply and make the necessary changes to your data accordingly.
